Privacy Policy

TJ Alliances (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects the privacy of everyone who visits tjalliances.com. This page explains what information is collected when you visit our site and how it’s used.

What We Collect

This site has no contact form — reaching us happens directly through the phone number and email address in the Contact section, and that information is only seen by us if you choose to call or email.

The site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics automatically collects:

  • Pages viewed and how long you spend on them
  • How far down a page you scroll
  • Clicks on links that take you to another site (for example, our Facebook page)
  • Approximate location (city, region/province, and country, estimated from your IP address — not your precise address)
  • Device and browser type
  • The site or search engine that referred you here

This information is aggregated — it isn’t used to identify who you are.

How We Use It

We use this information only to understand traffic to the site — for example, which pages people visit and which parts of Canada our visitors are from — so we can better serve current and future clients. We do not use it for advertising or remarketing.

How Long We Keep It

Google Analytics deletes individual visit data after 2 months. Data tied to your browser (used to recognize a returning visitor) is kept for 14 months, and that period restarts each time you visit again. Reports built from this data are aggregated and are not deleted on this schedule.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish one visitor’s session from another. You can control or delete cookies through your browser’s settings, or block Google Analytics using tools like Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For details on how Google collects and processes this data, see Google’s Privacy & Terms.

Third Parties

The only third party that receives data through this site is Google, via Google Analytics. We do not sell, rent, or share visitor information with anyone else.

Your Choices

When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline Google Analytics tracking. You can change that choice anytime using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer, or block Google Analytics yourself using your browser’s settings or a tracking-blocking extension.
